This page goes over the concept of Punishing and how each Hero has a basic and unique set of skills and combos that grants them the ability to punish enemies.
"Punishing" refers to a chain of attacks that guarantees a successful attack an enemy cannot block or evade. This relates to a Heroes ability to initiate certain chains of attacks before the enemy Hero, typically unbalanced or stunned, regains their ability to react.
Most punishes comes from a start-up of a Guard Break, parry or unblockables, followed-up by specific moves for the Hero that can be chained with the start-up.
If a light attack hits, you can immediately chain into Tenebris Rising, and then another light. This can also be triggered by starting with Tenebris Rising or with a light parry.
