Quick and brief, I was wondering if I could become a moderator. Not just in the sense of rollback, as I've already been offered, but the ability to also fulfill taking care of vandalism. If you think that is not necessary, and I should continue reporting users to you or Orange, please let me know.
Hey! My name is Atvelonis, and I'm the Fandom Wiki Manager for the For Honor Wiki as well as an admin on Elder Scrolls. I'm here to help you and the wider community with whatever you need, and act as a liaison between you and Fandom Staff. If you ever have any questions or issues related to the wiki, its features (editing, templates, bots, etc.), or whatever else, feel free to reach out to me on my message wall or on Discord (Atvelonis#9495) and I can help out! —Atvelonis (talk) 20:39, May 2, 2019 (UTC)
I don't think that there is an admin yet, but if there is one then he/she doesn't do his/her job properly. For example, there is a member, that writes the same pointless text over and over again and fills the Fandom with garbage and that didn't got punished yet. I think that they really need an admin.
Their is a certian person going around and starting drama. He been trying to troll and got ou trolled and put in the spotlight quickly. He is repeatedly harrassing people of the fandom and has moved it to other fandoms, getting one of our proud members banned untill March. I would like to request an IP ban on him have mutli screenshots of him telling us he is attempting to remove members. This is getting way out of hand.
Hello Emerald103, I am one of the admins at the Bloodborne wiki (it's earliest member in fact), and I was contacted by SilentSnowHill telling me wishes to become an ADMIN at the Bloodborne wiki as well. He gave me your name, amongst others, as one who would vouch for him.
Just wanted check with you, and ask, what was his performance as an editor, what did he edit mostly, what does he do well?
Hey Krimzon; sorry I took so long getting back to you. Truth be told, Silent doesn't really do much on the wiki's info pages: his main concern, and expertise, is in handling things on the wiki's discussion pages. He's more of a expert discussion moderator than editor. That said, as I mentioned it's his area of expertise, and he was the one who'd often alert the admins about when things got out of hand before we made him one. He's a good guy, so I'll give him my "yes-vote", so to speak.
Apologies that this was inevitably a waste of time. I am no longer interested in being an admin of or even a member of the bloodborne Wiki. To be entirely honest there is a rather unsavory fellow that I had forgotten had become a mod there (which baffles me). He was a member of the For Honor Wiki and was incredibly problematic and his toxicity crippled the community until his banning. After seeing that he isn't a whole lot better in the bloodborne community I decided it is best to not get involved seeing as how it could look like a sort of conflictive interest. That and I am just glad to be rid of him. Never want to put myself through that again.
It's no problem Silent; in fact I'm glad to see that you're nipping a potential problem for yourself in the bud. Even so, if you apply to become an admin on some other wiki, I will once again be more than happy to vouch for you.
Hey, Em. This might be a bit of a tall order, but remember when Pink offered both of us admin positions? I think I'll finally take her up on that offer (she brought it up again in a recent convo). It might help with some of my tasks (and Pink says you have that ability).
Hey, Emerald. Is there any means I can chat with you in private? There seems to be some beef going on with the mods I think would be best if we discussed in a less public space.
In terms of letting them know about the private chat, yes. In terms of letting them in on the chat itself, sadly no; the private chat sounds like it only works for 2 people.
Sorry man, I know I promised but things got unexpectedly hectic at my place. Lets talk tomorrow; I'll make sure I'm available at whatever time you want.
