The Disciple set and its alternate variant are armor sets for the Gryphon hero. The normal Disciple set is epic, while the alternate variant is heroic.

This skin is inspired by the Korean traditional scale armour, 두석린갑(豆錫鱗甲)
On his scroll, there are Chinese/Korean characters, "必死则生，必生则死" ("필사즉생 , 필생즉사" ), which means "If you are prepared to fight to the death, you will live. If you avoid battles to preserve your life, you will die." This is said by a Korean admiral Yi Sun-shin who is a national hero in Korea. He said it to encourage soldiers a day before Battle of Myeongnyang.
